Rapid Transit OnePass is a scalable cost-effective digitizing solution for Avid ‘Native’ media and Quicktime proxy. The OnePass digitizer greatly simplifies workflows that incorporate Avid editing systems in multi-vendor environments. Originally designed to serve the high volume digitizing needs of reality TV, RapidTransit supports concurrent digitizing of Avid OMF/MXF media and Quicktime media, with identical, frame accurate timecode. To help decrease staff requirements ONEPASS enables unattended digitizing with timecode break betection, automatic RS-422 VTR control configuration and automatic timecode location.
